Stephanie Moe

Stephanie joined the Firm in 2014 as an Associate in the Litigation Department where she gained considerable exposure to a variety of complex commercial and banking litigation, tort and debt collection matters acting as Instructing Attorney in the High Court and the Court of Appeal.

In 2018, Stephanie transferred to the Firm’s Intellectual Property Department. Capitalizing on her litigation exposure, she focuses primarily on contentious intellectual property matters including advising on and pursuing trademark infringement, passing-off and protection against unfair competition matters, preparing cease and desist letters, negotiating and settling trademark disputes, preparing and filing oppositions, statutory declarations and evidence and arguments before the local Intellectual Property Office.

Stephanie also has experience in negotiating trademark assignments, preparing assignment contracts, and generally advising on varying aspects of intellectual property rights including trademark use, cancellation actions, copyright and related rights and distribution agreements. Her trademark practice also includes trademark registration and renewal, recordal of assignments and licenses, associations and disclaimers.

Stephanie has obtained various certifications from the World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO), is a member of the Intellectual Property Caribbean Association (IPCA) and an associate member of the International Trademark Association (INTA).  

In her spare time she enjoys dining out with family and friends and travelling to new destinations.
